Beemster XO

Beemster Extra Old (XO) is a rich Dutch cheese made with care from the happiest cow's milk from the Caring Dairy.  It is an extra-aged cheese and matured for no less than 26 months and has a luscious creamy mouthfeel despite its firm paste. With deep, lingering flavours of butterscotch, whiskey and toasted pecan, these cheese has plenty of the coveted crystallized milk proteins that add a satisfying crunch.
