Bellavitano Espresso

This award-winning cheese is a special creation and a guest favourite at Jacobsons. Produced in Wisconsin, it is the result of original recipe that resembles Italian Asiago and is rubbed with ground espresso beans before being allowed to age. 

The rich, brown butter notes of this cheese are perfectly paired with the deep coffee notes from the rind, making your taste buds dance with a lingering experience that keeps on giving. The cheesemakers suggest pairing this cheese with some slices of prosciutto and dark chocolate for dessert, but we think it makes an excellent alternative to your afternoon cup of coffee, too!
