Cocoa Bean Origin: Belize

Notes: over two years in the making, our flagship bar is the result of working with Maya Mountain Cacao, to help plant over 4,000 hardwood and cacao trees on a new demonstration farm. We got a chance to visit in January 2016 and got some pretty spectacular beans.

We're very pleased with the balance of stonefruit and chocolatey notes.

Ingredients: organic cocoa beans, organic unrefined cane sugar.
