Truffle Hunter Cheddar

Every drop of milk that goes into this Truffle Cheddar is produced by grass-fed cows roaming in open pastures on the Isle of Man.  The resulting cheese is carefully matured and blended with Truffle Hunter 's Black Summer Truffles, Tuber Aestivum. The result is a high quality, smooth-bodied and creamy cheddar with flecks of black truffle, allowing both flavours to express their natural complexities without overpowering each other.
