Bleu d'Elizabeth

Bleu d’Elizabeth offers everything you could wish for in a blue cheese. Visually, the cheese is a work of art strewn with ochre-coloured spots and beautiful blue-green veins. The flavour has an incredible balance between sweet, salt, tanginess and strength. The texture is crumbly but offers a creamy mouthfeel with a slight granulation from the presence of the Penicillium Roqueforti.   
 
This is a prize-winning cheese from the Fromagerie du Presbytère and is named in honour of the town where it is made, Sainte-Élizabeth-de-Warwick.
