Le Migneron

Le Migneron is steeped in the tradition of artisanal cheesemaking from the Charlevoix region of Quebec.  It is a semi-firm, washed-rind cheese made with regionally sourced, pasteurized, whole milk. The slightly orange rind is delicately contrasted against the ivory interior. The texture is supple and offers a creamy mouthfeel. The aroma offers notes of fresh cream and yogurt. The flavour is buttery and sweet with a slight lactic tang from being a young ripened cheese.
