Le Pizy

Le Pizy is a bloomy-rind cheese made from 100% pasteurized cow’s milk by Fromagerie La Suisse Normande in Quebec. This soft, smooth farm cheese has a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth creamy white paste that becomes increasingly runny over time. It is mild and milky, with notes of salted butter and a hint of bitterness.

With a milky taste and a fresh mushroom aroma, Le Pizy is delightful when eaten as is or baked in a thin pastry shell.
