Nosey Goat

The Nosey Goat is a delightful washed-rind, semi-firm cheese from Upper Canada Cheese Co. It has a rustic look with a pale orange rind and an ivory white interior with small eyes. The rind is deliciously salty from the brine wash balancing out the nutty, fresh-tasting interior. It is a delicate cheese developing in flavour with each bite. A surprisingly pleasant, and deeply satisfying cheese that truly completes any cheese plate.
